1985-1991         Chair - The Diocesan Commission On Ministry.  Early work included the smooth transition to the ordination of women on Long Island  and establishing an exploration of ministry program.


1989-2003         Trustee - Community Mainstreaming Associates, a community based program of housing and managing support systems for "special" adults.

1986-1989         Secretary Of Convention -  Managed Diocesan Convention (150 parishes), ran special convention for election of a 2 Bishops, and published the Annual Report.


1985-1988                  Racial Justice Committee - Active member and coordinated the nomination and election of minority candidates to diocesan positions. Helped found Port Washington Youth  Council.





2000-2003         Compass Rose Society; International Anglican Organization.

1997-2000         Organized micro-loan system for Uganda

1996                 Assisted in organizing seminar for Ordained women in Kampala Uganda.
